Winner Chosen in 10percent.com’s Priape Wear Model Contest
Washington, D.C.’s Jerrad V. Swodeck Wins $1,500 in Prizes and a Modeling Contract Option

Los Angeles, California, September 4th, 2009 - Jerrad V. Swodeck, a 26 year old from Washington, D.C., was chosen today as the winner of 10percent.com’s “Priape Wear Search For The Face” model contest and will receive a $1,500 clothing prize package as well as a modeling contract option from Priape Wear.

Swodeck was excited, yet humble, when he heard the news.

''Thank you to all who helped choose me,'' Swodeck said when he was notified as the winner. ''I truly appreciate it. I wanted to be a model for years, but growing up the ugly kid really didn't help.''

Those who gave Swodeck his 422 votes would likely find it hard to believe that he was ever the ''ugly kid.'' The popularity determined from the voting process was a key factor in Priape Wear's decision-making process. Swodeck won with a 77-vote lead.

The ''Priape Wear Search For The Face'' model contest began on April 20, 2009 and contestants entered by submitting a photo of themselves along with a completed questionnaire giving voters the chance to see how they stand out and what makes them the ideal candidate to become the new face of Priape Wear. Once the contestant enrollment period ended on June 18, 2009, Priape Wear and 10percent.com selected finalists from all available contestants. And on June 26, 2009 the contest became interactive with the online community voting for the best models. Voting tallies were updated instantly throughout the race, and the voting period ended on August 26, 2009. When the voting ended, the finalists and their total vote counts were submitted to Priape Wear for the final winner selection.
